	2 weeks	Implement your reporting and reconciliation processes
Training	1 week each	Team-specific training and operational procedures for the ONERWAY environment, including: • Fraud and dispute management • Customer service protocols • Finance and accounting integration
Testing & Go-live	1 week	Conduct end-to-end testing in both test and production environments
Data Migration	2-4 weeks	Migrate existing customers to ONERWAY once 100% of new customers are using the platform
