Merchant Workflow

Onboarding → Account Funding → Select Card Product → Create Cardholder → Create Card → Card Spending → Transaction Query & Management

Onboarding	Register an account, submit KYC materials, and gain issuing access after approval
Account Funding	Submit a funding request; after approval, the currency account balance is credited to support subsequent card creation
Create Cardholder	Create a cardholder linked to the card, serving as the responsible party for card spending
Create Card	Associate a cardholder, set the top-up amount, and generate a virtual card
Card Spending	Cards can be used for online purchases immediately after creation
Transaction Query & Management	The platform provides transaction record queries and card status management; disputes can be submitted if needed
