Receiving and certificates

Share supported Global Account receiving details with business payers and provide an account certificate when verification is needed.

Share receiving details

Before sending payment instructions, confirm that the account is Active and that the payer will use a supported currency. Copy the account information from its details page and check the account name and each bank field against the page.

Provide the bank account number or IBAN, bank code or SWIFT code, and bank name and address only when the payer's bank requires them and the account page displays them. Do not substitute the account nickname for the formal account name.

A third-party business payment may be reviewed for compliance. Provide genuine payer and business background information through the requested secure channel if additional information is requested.

Export an account certificate

An account certificate is available when the account is Active, the bank details are complete, and the portal displays the export option. Check the generated PDF against the account details before sharing it with a payer or business partner through a secure channel.

The certificate evidences receiving account information. It is not a balance statement or transaction receipt. Stop distributing it if the account is suspended, supervised, or closed.
