On the card details page in the Dashboard, the basic information currently available usually includes:

Card status is one of the most important fields for daily management. Current statuses mainly include:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
ACTIVE | The card can be used normally |
FROZEN | The card has been frozen by the merchant and can be unfrozen by the merchant |
SYSTEM_FROZEN | The card is automatically frozen after triggering risk control rules to protect fund security. Merchants cannot unfreeze it themselves. See Freeze and unfreeze cards |
TERMINATED | The card has been terminated and can no longer be used |
EXPIRED | The card has expired |
The top of the card details page displays card face information. Current card face information mainly includes:

To view complete card information, use “View card information” to view the corresponding sensitive information. Sensitive information includes payment credentials used for actual payments:

Card details can be queried through the Dashboard or API. Actual available fields depend on account permissions and product capabilities.
Use the Get basic card information API and Get sensitive card information API for the respective queries. Sensitive information APIs involve card number, CVV, and other data. Make sure the calling environment is secure.
