Card top-up adds available balance to a specific card. After a successful top-up, the card balance increases and can be used for online spending that complies with product rules and card network acceptance.
In this document, card top-up refers to transferring funds from the merchant’s issuing funding account to the card balance. It does not mean funding the card directly through an external bank card.
Funds move from the merchant’s currency account to the card balance.

Before topping up, make sure the issuing funding account has enough available balance. If the account balance is insufficient, the top-up may fail.

If the Dashboard displays corresponding balance movement records, the top-up result is usually reflected in later fund movement records. The actual display method depends on page capabilities.
